Stacey, Derek, and Kyle, Christmas 1989--Part 1

Derek and Kyle are trying to find Stacey, but not having any luck so far. When Kyle tells Derek that he doesn't believe in Santa Claus or Christmas, Derek throws Kyle over his shoulder and carries him out of his lair to go and find Christmas. Stacey and Derek run into each other when Derek and Kyle are at a Christmas tree lot and Derek sends Kyle off to find a Christmas tree. Stacey was going to pick up a Christmas tree for Derek as an apology. Derek tells her he's the one who blew up and ruined Christmas, and why should she have to apologize to him? He's sorry. Stacey tells Derek that Christmas is a long way from being over. Derek admits he was calling around trying to track her down. Stacey smiles and asks Derek if he wants to go back to her loft; Courtney isn't there, and she could make some dinner. Derek says he can't, because he promised somebody a special day. Stacey tries to leave, but Derek tells her it's not what she thinks. Kyle comes back then with a Christmas tree that the guy at the lot gave him for free, then sees Stacey and greets her. Derek tells Stacey that Kyle is the someone he was telling her about that he promised a special day and asks Stacey if she wants to join them. Stacey agrees, and the trio head off with their Christmas tree.
