My boyfriend is a voraphile and he, frankly, doesn't eat people nor mice. It is simply a sexual fantasy. Some people are really fine, even though they are voraphiles. They can't choose their fetish, neither can you. It is simply there as far as I know. you shouldn't mock them for what they find sexually arousing. Sex is a very, very dangerous thing if you can't control it in general.
