Hi my friend, I am a vegan but let me say I appreciate your video. I have onlly been on since the start of this year and I love watching videos like yours. I wanted to ask you what meat gives us thats not in plant based foods?
I think your pooint about the ollder generations has some truth but just because we do something doesnt make it the best thing for us. For example you say its good to cleans, why do you say that? because meat cloggs your body?
Peace

Very true, but I think the reason most folks turn to processed foods is because Farmer's markets are not really accessible to them and purchasing Organic or free range foods can be costly when shopping at health food markets. I know for myself I go to Whole Food market and earthfare to get my foods and it is expense. I do have a farmer's market that come to town but it's just fruits and veggies. I'm looking to get into a food coop and other things in my area.

Well, I'm so glad you're providing a perspective that is grounded in actual research!
To debunk these rabid claims, I was raised to examine things from a common sense point of view and have had to step away from many groups and association on account of what they teach just does not hold up to scrutiny. you see people in Rome and France who eats tons of butter and rich foods, comes straight from the local farms with no process add to the fact they walk everywhere same thing on the islands and they don't have the level of illness America does. common sense ain't so common.

Right. I really wish folks would step their game up with doing more thorough research before they begun to rabidly push these fad diets.

I have to say I agree with you, its not so much the food but like you said the process it goes through dead devitalized and nutrient deficient foods serves no purpose in the body and while I'm not going to run out and purchase a steak, turkey or some pork. I do see where your coming from, I doubt I would consume dairy either but if I lived on a farm and all my animals and such were not fed with poisons yes I might eat those things, at my core I look at life through scientific eyes and have begun

And there it is. It is really important to isolate the cause(s) behind a problem before you respond to it. The science behind nutrition is science because it has been established by many years of observations.

Good points. It's hard to consume many foods now due to they way they are processed, preserved, fertilized and/or fed. I myself have started eating more organic raw foods and eliminated meats due to this. I wish I had a farm to grow and raise my own foods so I wouldn't have this issue.

Well, that is why we have farmer's markets. Many local farmers are growing their livestock with healthy husbandry methods.
