    Thank you for informing us about what really is raw. It is sometimes difficult to know what is truely raw.

    Alot of companies are trying to come out with something they say is raw, but it is not raw.

    We buy our truely raw items from Matt Monarch's store. I believe he has one of the best selections that are truely raw, and they taste fantastic!!

    Also for organic produce like greens and fruit it is ALWAYS best to get it from a local farmer that you know grows it WITHOUT chemicals.

    dont 4get most olives as well - & most nut butters - macadamias, pine nuts, ALL oats. in fact its safer 2 assume if ur buying something in a packet its not raw!
