I was going to buy an Evo 9 MR with the down payment I saved up; which I earn through my security job. Then I saw the new Shelby GT500... Yeah, I'm going to drive to college with the Shelby instead. I like muscle cars now. :D
I never liked muscle cars in the past, until I saw the current Shelby model.

Yes you do have a point and you seem mature. The fact you have not crashed your car is very suprising it just most people at that age are stupid and think they can drive anyway they want and not crash

@TheVtieg6 Well horsepower never hurts or helps in a crash , irresponsible drivers make the end results, and I'm pretty sure if your dad gives you a very powerful car he knows his son can handle it. His dad has known him his whole life, and there is nothing wrong with nice cars for sixteen year old's, there is something wrong however with others jealousy. (I have a 2007 zo6 that my dad gave me for my 16th birthday and I still have never had any type of accident for three years)
