@kam2004 FWD does not handle better. Yes its better if you live in a place where it snows...but thats about it.
I'd rather get a 335i or G37 over this car.

Lame? Fail? Front wheel drive are better suited for winter and they handle better. Performance wise...yes, RWD is better.

they are all front wheel drive, except for the new '09 models. they can come in either FWD or AWD (SH-AWD)?? can't remember from the top of my head. I have an '01 CL-S. I really wanted the TL-S, but cost too much.

I spent all day driving BMW's including the 328i, 528i and wound up buying an 07 TL Type S. The 328 steering was way too stiff and the car was crammed and very noisey. The 528i was awesome all around but my wife felt like the seats were uncomfortable. The TL Type S was the most powerful and best blend of luxury and sport. Best of all I picked one up with 10k miles for $26.5k! That's alot of car for the money IMO.
