It all makes sense now. The dog represents the creators imagination, as it has as of late been rather unimaginative. However, he also realizes that it doesn't matter that his imagination isn't there, as he knows he has his fans. The pervy towel, however, represents the perverts who only watch his videos for, say, the big boobed witch, or Sexy Angie (still waiting for moar sexy Angie).
This is such a beautiful metaphor for the creative process...
