Claim is if u can do this and you are under 6ft & 200lbs then u should be able to dunk. This is my first day and im in shape. Will use for 1-2months and follow the workout plan and add some other exercises on it (just to play with it, as well as isometric holds) then attempt to dunk for u guys. I currently cant right now plus im recovering from a hamstring injury
So can you dunk now? Does squat flex work?
