BPL/BT Vision - Broadband Over Phonelines - Intereference To CB Radio

BPL - Broadband Over Phonelines - Intereference To CB Radio - It would appear that someone near my location is using BPL equipment. The interefernce you can hear is on the mid band and althought the signal is low the data transmissions make it difficult to hear weak stations and impossible to hear distant stations.

I've just started to get this in the past two weeks. I can hear it almost anywhere between 3MHz-27Mhz but as you can see the signal is very low. I can only assume that someone a few streets away is using the equipment. I intend to try to track the offending house down using a handheld CB. I know it comes from the mains because when I put my CB handheld near any mains socket the signal increases and when I put the handheld near the main fuse box the signal is much stronger.

I get this from 26 - 27MHz here, rest of the HF bands are clean.
