Why can't people understand that a scientific theory is NOT a guess, it's an explanation based on facts and repeated testing. Gravity is also a scientific theory. How about atomic theory, relativity theory, germ theory? Are they all just guesses? A scientist doesn't just say, "I have a theory", and that's the end of it. It must be proven to even be called a scientific theory. It must be testable, and backed by evidence and facts.
