"give peace a chance" tried peace before world war II, didnt turn out so great tried peace before 9/11, didnt turn out so great lets just stop trying that ok? :)
peace comes AFTER the war is over then departs shortly thereafter
You know, I hate to rain on the parade here, but those who disagree with the war but profess to love "their country" should really take into consideration what that actually means. I think if we as human beings acknowledge national borderlines or the nation state with this sense of patriotic pride, we then pander right to the same people who are perpetrating these genocidial, imperialist wars, who we seem to be against.
Having served nine years for our country I can't stand to see dead American soldiers (it is a means to an end please don't exploit it). The clip is too anti war; Then again I am a Republican and think we need war to sustain our economy. As soon as I can stop using oil I will become more liberal.
And yet our economy is the worst I've seen it in my lifetime. The troops who risk their lives for freedom are not being monetarily rewarded; only the mercenaries and those who manufacture weaponry seem to be profiting. Thanks for watching and commenting. I appreciate your feedback. You are right. We should be working on alternative energy modes.
