  • you should always keep your busy in some or the other job or skill in which you are interested

  • yes u have to tell yourself to be more alert or be more aware; when u give this command to yourself your mental focus shifts away from that you were paying attention eg u had pain somewhere in your body and you were mentally preoccupied with that pain. by telling yourself to be more alert minds shifts away from the body and its pain; now the pain may still be there but you are not focused on it. after doing this a few times u will literally feel the pressure of the mind on the body being lifted
