Open vote = open to intimidation. And that's EXACTLY what will happen when union thugs (who have a long history of intimidation) move in. We even have test cases before the law is passed. Google "Video Proof that Card Check Leads to Union Thuggery."

For someone who I'm sure has repeated all the standard union talking points for years... for someone like you to be so hardheaded, so incapable of understanding that argument shows you're a closed-minded hypocrite.

A workers vote needs to remain private. This is America not Cuba. Next you will want our presidential votes to be open to the public. Unions NO!

you think your boss gives you health benefits, pays you a living wage, and let's you work only 40 hours week (or pays you overtime) because he's agenerous guy. Puhlease.

Yes . . . stop risking employees' lives and unionize! That way, there will be far less actual work being done and hence lower risk of anyone getting hurt on the job. Maximum pay and benefits for minimum work and quality . . . who wouldn't want that??!! Look at how well it's worked for GM, Chrysler and Ford!!

The union is a parasite that uses propaganda to enable its survival. I say this as I work in a job that was once unionized. Unions have destroyed public education and the auto industry.

The workers at Meijer, a large regional unionized retailer, are not better off than those at Wal-Mart. Actually, all retailers pay low wages.

At Wal-Mart, they talk about safety every day. At Schneider National, they talk about safety every day. When I was in the Air Force, we talked about safety every day. It is in a company's best interest, from a cost standpoint, to create a safe working environment. Accidents are expensive. The safety issue is a red herring. The real issue is that unions are not popular and they need to find ways to survive. This whole issue is about survival of unions, not free choice or safety.
