We\'re going to show you some of the things that we do in class. My class has shown better balance, and better walking. They\'re starting to sit up straighter and walk better. I want you to train to tolerance - meaning, i don\'t want you to move into pain... and stay within the range of motion. Be very safe when you do these exercises. Meaning you can grab a countertop, or a chair. You can always do a partner training with someone who is close to you... Just to make sure that you\'re not falling. Try to get at least a little bit of exercise in every single day. I know that some days are not going to be as good as others. Don\'t beat yourself up. On days that you feel good, try to get a lot of exercise in. On days that you don\'t feel good, maybe do just one or two things. Let\'s get moving.
