None of the capitals can jump to a Covert Cyno
Covert Cynos are for Blackops to Cyno/Bridge a covert fleet to.
Titans can only bridge to regular Cyno's

they need to bring back some of the old effects...... like the old jump drive effect and the recoil in the guns on dreadnaughtsit is the little things in the game that make it so much better

Regular cynos can be used by any ship.
Covert Ops ships can use special Covert Cynos.
But can the ship creating it use it as well, or are they stuck there?

Just learned:
a covert ops ship drops a cyno.
captial ship in fleet jumps to the cyno if in range.
And that's not true. With a titan, you can cyno jump any ship.
