Sims 2 House Design- A Small Modern Marvel

This is by far one of my greatest Sims 2 House creations yet! Thanks you very much to www.4everysimfantasy.net and www.modthesims2.com for al the free downloads! They really helped make my houses rock!

This house contains:
A garage not connected to the house, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, 2 small fountains, a deck connected to one of the bedrooms, 2 living areas, and a dining area.

All positive comments will be given a thumbs up. All negative comments will be given a thumbs down or spam marking. All questions will be answered unless they have been answered already.
