  • Doty is a true poet. Beautiful, truly.

    And Charlie Howard was just a regular guy, but what happened to him was so awful that it needs to be remembered... so it won't ever happen again, hopefully.

  • Stil a great poem.

    Too many people try to write poetry without having read or heard a poem. And people like Doty have their masterpieces fall on deaf ears.

    Listen and try not to be moved by this.

  • That's a very touching poem. Charlie Howard's death spoke to me as soon as I had read about it. Because of him, I fight harder for homosexual rights.
