I like Simon and Nick. Both are atheists right, but they don't seem nearly as annoying about it as a guy like Gervais.

its not really a fair debate when only one side of the argument is presented. Media and films like this always portray Christians/Creationists as psycho bible bashing freaks, which in reality is only a small minority of Christianity. Also people seem to forget that little word that comes before 'of ' and 'evolution'..."THEORY!" Why is it so rediculous to have Faith in a God we cant see but ok to base your entire beliefs on a theory that hasnt been proven. I still love these guys movies!

@jordanslannan you should check out the "Ica Stones" by the way that prove that man and dinosaur co-existed...and also check out how the oldest dating methods that work 100% go back to 6,300 years - exactly in line with what the Bible says. The more you study the more you will see the Bible is correct.

@jordanslannan How old is the word "dinosaur"? And how old is The Bible? Ok, so once you figure that out you may start to understand the Bible used other (older) words. For example in the Book of Job the description for a behemoth is " He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together.... His bones [are as] strong pieces of brass; his bones [are] like bars of iron."

Anyone who studies the Bible will see that its infallible.

I love how this is only a concern for the American release. As an American I'm insulted.

because it's just so unfairly true...why? Why, fellow state-siders, does it have to be this way? We should relax and enjoy things. One of the last continents to be be entered by modern man, with Christian faith, and somehow this country thinks it's God's epcot center...ijdk. The antichrist will be born here, Jesus will rise here, apocalypse etc. so every little thing becomes a 'battle for the great war'.

@RichardKleiner What they were going against in their script was strict, very old fashioned Christianity that says stuff like Earth is the center of the universe and that dinosaurs never even existed and that Earth is flat and the sun revolves around it, and that humans and Earth are God's main creation. And those kind of real close-minded people pretty much always renounce the existence of any other life in the universe. Most Christians don't actually believe all that stuff, but some do.

The existence of aliens isn't necesarily blasphemous. In fact, when you think about it, if aliens do visit Earth, they can solve a hundred million thelogical problems. If God does exist, the aliens also believe in God.

Why would we be so self centered to believe God created us only? I don't think aliens believe in a different God. They would believe in the same God, thus, brothers in faith just as us.

If indeed, God doesn't exist, then aliens could very well prove that. Either way, we all win
