Great video! Whereabouts in Rochester was this filmed? I'm also from Rochester (Brighton), and my kids and I have seen some weird stuff beginning last spring. Nothing like that, though. Mainly daytime sightings of solid objects (one of which involved two of my kids and three neighborhood kids as they waited for the bus one morning this past January).

Also, what are those amber lights that fly by every so often -- streetlights?

We live in the bay area also with a view of the bridge and irondequoit bay from our condo window/porch. I saw a ufo with many blinking lights hovering for a minute. I was too scared and did not even want to check it out.

Just anFYI for all you night video takers. Many cameras see infrared and transpose the wavelength into something visible to the human eye in the screen/viewfinder. It is entirely possible to see something with the camera you cannot see with your naked eye. Many military craft now have infrared lights on them so they can fly in hot zones with regular lights off but still be seen by those with the appropriate equipment. That said, you'll see weird stuff often, maybe not all military.

glad you reported. I live in fairport and a few weeks ago i saw something that changed my whole thought process and opened my mind. I saw a large green light carry itself slowly across the sky much larger and faster than an airplane considering it's distance and at first i said, her! a shooting star! then i realized, ive seen shooting star before, this was not. I tried making a reasonable explanation of it, but i cannot explain what I saw to be anything ive ever seen before. I saw a UFO
