How do you guys know he was keeping them? It shows him walking away with just a rod in his hand... If he was a gearhead then I would think he's keeping them, but us fly fishermen care.

@caddisking .....You got it, the majority of the time, I will sacrifice size of fish, to fish these little creeks in total solitude. Miles of fishing, without another angler or styrofoam worm container littering the banks. Good Good Stuff!

Can we show this to the Game Warden? Holy crap I have used bait bigger than that little guy . . . my 7 year old Grandson knows you throw the minnows back!

Nope! Brown trout all day..the goldens arein the Kern River Valley. For the record, all fish were returned to live another day.

Those fish probably dont get that much bigger in those little creeks....but they sure are fun to catch.
