(10:45) Tracey was just two years shy of retirement when her new boss was hired. According to Tracey the new management style included isolation and psychological intimidation. Tracey's doctor advised her to save her health and quit her job. "I lost everything that I worked for. I'm going away from my whole family, from my daughter. Because I still have to work." Several moves later she is still hunting for a job. Her daughter, Kali, joins the struggle to enact anti-harassment legislation in New York. A Senator she meets links Tracey's struggle to Domestic Violence: "Violence is not just physical. It's emotional when it causes that level of trauma." Full film: http://nojobisworththis.com

  • People will be more likely to find this if you include something like "Abusive Bosses Doc" in the headline rather than simply "Episode 1".

I don't think people are really drawn in by the promise of an "Episode".

  • @prohiphop I suspect you're right. I'll definitely try to fixt that!

  • I was entering a similar situation after a management change at my last job. It was getting so bad that even my counselor was begging me to quit. Luckily, my husband just happened to get a promotion at his job that required us to move to another state, so that definitely saved my life.

  • i have been in this situation and they say after a year he will be back ..i suffered over 7 years. we need the bill in missouri

  • This treatment of a human is abhorrent and it is a tragedy that this has happened. I really hope that justice prevails and that everything works out for you.

  • As someone whose also been at the disposal of an abusive boss, my heart is with you. Much love to you. I hope you're able to get things back on track.

  • I am so sorry that this has happened to you, please know that you are not alone. We are with you. Love and Light, Lisa
