In the very early 1990's former CIA agent turned television producer Frank Snepp "investigated" the work of T.H. Culhane in the inner city schools of Los Angeles and flattered him with this wonderful profile on his "melodic-mnemonics" method of using music and video production to teach "at-risk" youth. Later Frank went on to write a screenplay about T.H. that almost got picked up by Paramount Studios; Frank also recorded a soliloquoy about his experiences in VietNam, called "It's Tribal", for the album "Eutopia", produced by Byron DeLear, T.H. Culhane and Mark Lewis (that album can be downloaded from http://globalpeacesolution.org)
Do I know you Who is the Rat you are referring to, a why? Are you a family members? I don't know any 56 year old Culhanes in my immediate family, nor distant relatives who would call themselves RatBastard. Hmmm. Please identify. The work we do in impoverished areas of the world is in the spirit of our great grandfather, Dr. T.H. Culhane, who put the needs of others first. What do YOU do?
