I went to your website and i just want to make sure that if i sign up that there isn't any payment plans that i need to be aware of. i want to sign up and it says it's free but i want to make sure before i sign up for anything and end up getting a bill later

  • @Rafieranger Membership is 100% free and only takes a few seconds to join.

  • When I do this move I just kinda dump my opponent to the side rather than rolling through it. Is there a reason why I shouldn't do it that way?

  • Do whatever works for you. We just want the tap!

  • how does a kneebar work? i dont get it :P

  • It's just like an armbar, but done to the leg. It is causing a hyper-extension of the knee joint causing severe damage and submission.

Sometimes against bigger, heavier guys I have a hard time feeding all the way through for the kneebar. Actually turtle is my worst position because I'm small its like I get smushed and flattened to easily. I can't wrestler sit out, knee bar roll, trap and arm and roll. Really all I can do is look to sneak in a half guard somehow and against good people this is low percent. (purple belts and good/big blue belts smash me from turtle)

  • @TechniquePrevails lets say you fish for his leg and you dont grab it should you roll anyway??

  • @migs1234 check out the kimura sakuraba always uses when someone has his back.

  • 0:57 hilarious
