Pico del Teide is the highest point of the Canary Islands and Spain with its height of 3718 meters. I filmed this in january, so I was lucky that the Teleferico was working, because there was little snow there. When I flew to La Palma, another island of the Canaries, and got back a couple of days later, the peak was already covered by snow which I could capture from the airplane. Shot with Panasonic HDC-SD600. Watch and enjoy!
Are there walking traqcks up this mountain? it looks amazing.

@natman77 Yes there is one, if you go there you can get a map at tour info. But if you want to climb up to the summit, you need permission from the authorities. There are some employees at 3555 to stop you and ask for your paper. If you have it, you can visit the 3718 m point. 3555 is not bad either, these footages were taken from there.
