Weird Al has stated repeatedly that Allan Sherman was one of his major inspirations, along with Spike Jones, Tom Lehrer, and all of the artists played on the Dr Demento Show in the 70's. In my opinion, Al and Allan are equally masters of the parody genre.
1:37 is, in fact, a parody of another deathless line from those ads {HUSBAND: "Can't you keep Billy's bike out of the driveway???"}. From the 1963 album, "My Son, the Nut".
Allan adapted this from Ted Weems' 1938 Decca recording of "Heartaches". This is a jab at aspirin commercials, especially Anacin's (which promised "Fast, Fast, Fast Relief From Headache Pain")- their ads usually featured an adult screaming at a kid simply because they're so tensed up, or a young woman screams at her mother {"Mother, PLEASE! I'd rather do it myself!!"}.
