I believe Paul's beautiful humility was no match for this song on this night. He generally sang songs humbly and with great joy and careful excellence, always extending to the hearer a pure and genuine love and happiness... He truly loved singing and performing, and he was free in that element, he didn't feel the need to force it, but rather enjoy each moment, such grace. Paul as always is still beautifully humble here, but the song and performance is not. In this performance the song is bold and piercing, he captures us because nothing could be held back. It seems as if everything within him is onstage on this night, and one cannot help but to feel it... Paul's Passion for Love truly shined through here, and even if only but for a few moments, we are truly blessed to be able to catch a glimpse of such a magnificent Love...

Its crazy cause its hard to appreciate this video without watching the movie and vice versa. Is it really true that Paul was the most reluctant to drink alcohol but still ended up destroying himself because of it. Its so sad, but he was still great. This video proves what he said to Otis in the movie when he said "I taught you these steps". Remember when Otis and his son visited Paul at his house. CLASSIC!!

I have no words. What a Beautiful YouTube Video. I really Loved it. I'm 67...I remember all this. Paul wasn't given the praise that he deserved. At that time. We barely got to know him. He wasn't around long enough for the public to hear his talent. And we, who remember Pauls death,.. were unconsolable. This is a great tribute to Paul Willams. I'm acutally reading a book about the Temptations so that I can learn more about what really went on behind the groups forture and fame. In the movie they had two temptations is this what happen to the original temptations.
