This is not a show, so, people who says is boring, is just because they haven't practice it and don't understand it well.

@w10438 Yes, we always use sport tape. If you wrap somewhere like an ankle you usually use something under it, unless you want to tear all the hair off. It's a thin, spongy roll of material, I can't remember what it is called. It is still very difficult to keep tape on your sweaty knuckles considering the movement. Regards.

I've had Ogata Sensei as trainer once, at my karate club in Norway, when he came to visit ^^ And he has been some times at the Gashuku's in Norway.

He is a very good trainer! :)

or you could just fight full contact and leave no doubt over who wins. and im a sensei in shotokan....switched to Enshin!
