Ant Mantis Versus a Huge Fly

This is one of my male ant mantises. He is less than 2 cm. long, and only a few mm. wide. he is an adult. The fly is much bulkier than the mantis, so I was suprised that he actually caught it.

@truedimebagdarrell there's video showing a mantis slaying a mouse and thats's what its called "mantis slaying mouse". Large species of mantis can prey on small mice,lizards,snakes.

WOW it looks like MANTIS from hell because of the color i got a baby PRAYING MANTIS is green and it feeds of moth because is scared of grasshoppers is kind of timid its name is HUNTER . :)
