john was good but not great ... i went to high school with john and he showed up in a race in the parking lot by some regular guys ...then he tried to say he sliped ...come on man ...the two other guys were even ready to put thier money where their mouth was and john wanted no part of it

@fireyash23 maybe he was being humble but who cares i bet those guys couldnt beat him now. he didnt let losing when he was a kid discourage him he continued to work hard and the result is on your screen. its not about wat happened but wat your doing now

one and the same....dont get me wrong he is a nice guy and his wife and him are great... him being a pretty good role model for young athletes round these parts and his wife being a great kindergarden teacher ....my son being in her class .....but the point being if he was so fast why not just blow the other guys out and take thier money and put a end to their chit chat ....if your from brooksville and around our same age group we can discuss this with further detail...if not there is no point

just goes to show u can suck as a kid, teen, collegiate athlete, but then later on be better than everyone else who beat u. Shawn crawford sucked here but has now accomplished more than anyone else here
