The Revs. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson attacked the bid by Rush Limbaugh to buy the St. Louis Rams on Monday, saying the conservative radio host's track record on race should exclude him from owning an NFL team. (Oct. 13)
I don't care if Sharpton and Jackson are retards, they are right on the money when Rush makes comments about bloods and crips in relation to black NFL players. Fox keeps on trying to minimize the existence of white racists and focuses on black racists. "Oh we don't hav any racists anymore" oh yes you do and we don't blame you for their acts....unless you try to hide it and be an accomplice.
Not really when the likelihood of it happening is low. Men are more likely to die at a young age than women. Should workplaces factor that into salaries?
So if a woman is 80% more likely to file a complaint, then shouldn't that be factored into (if not outright hiring) their pay if they are being integrated into a primarily-male workforce?
And conversely, what would be the issue in hiring a strait male at a primarily female establishment, such as a salon, or nail joint?
Yes, the likelihood of such events are factored into the risk. I'm not saying women are wrong to feel that way, I'm saying that that places all of them at a higher risk. The Risk is the importance.
There don't even have to be sexual harassment cases. A woman can complain about a man having a swimsuit pinup on the wall of his private cubical, and he has to take it down, but the same complaints arn't reversed.
Would you happen to know the percentage of sexual harassment complaints are Male Male?
That's an example of why women claim sexual harassment more than the reverse:
1) Women are more likely to be believed when doing so.
2) Most heterosexual men, myself included, don't feel victimized when they are hit on by women. Even if they are pursued somewhat aggressively. Some women do feel victimized by sexual comments and ogling eyes.

Hilarious, Limbaugh only wants a NFL franchise so black players can call him a "owner".

Limbaugh just wants access to the painkillers.

Not necessarily.
Even the late racist Nazi Cincinatti reds owner Marge Schott had black guys on her team. She just referred to them as her "million dollar n*****s."

One thing is for sure if he became an owner all his players would be white.

Women probably constitute (this is just my guess) around 80-85% of sexual harassment claims.

Sorry to hear that. That sounds terrible.
