  • So greatfull for finding and experiencing this on the internet!!! He was a truly great performer and his voice was amazing!!! Caruso was Pavarotti's great example btw.Such incredible gifts from planet Earth!!!

  • @joutneyman Your thinking stinks. Sorry. The La Scala audience was just plain rude, whereas the New York audience was NOT and valued the great man and his contributions over the sound of one isolated note.

  • @chrissy1095 Maybe because the La Scala audience have more passion for the opera and know when someone gets it wrong? Whereas the Met audience couldn´t hear the difference between Caruso and Potts, and thus being satisfied with anything? I´m just thinking out loud here.
