Here we have an unexpected four way meet at the Opelika interlock.

The first train is the eastbound NS local A41 which holds for a moment at the signal for the interlock before getting permission over the diamond. The second train, northbound CSX Q-618, had to hold behind the north switch of Opelika siding due to the signals giving a false indication in down town Opelika. The maintainer is shown fixing the wire that continued to foul the crossings before 618 finally makes it on their way. Next we find westbound NS A48 sitting on the north side of the diamond after meeting A41 waiting for 618 to clear just on the other side of the interlock. After passing the camera they made some switching moves and came back across to hook back up with their train. After coming back over the line is cleared for northbound CSX A-746. For those wondering 746 stopped to drop off the brakemen to do some switching around the Opelika transfer yard before heading north toward Cusseta, Al.

Enjoy!
