@whatkeyisthisin ha! this is so amazing!:) I got to know The Bothy Band a several months ago, and here you are good people, talking about memories! that's just great! this music really withstands the tooth of time and evokes the same feelings in people of different ages, no mater young or old! And yeah, I looked it up as well, the track, is from 1975, at least it's what the info said, if you confirm, however, it must be right! Cheers!

i think this was on the album 'the bothy band 1977' which was the very first lp i bought. for this song . i cycled all the way from dublin to lisdoonvarna for the fleadh, in it's second year, i think, and saw such wonderful music.. paul brady stokers lodge stocktons wing so many great people. nancy griffith mary coughlan i think mary black was there too.. i don't want to google it, what i remember is the golden stuff.. thanks for posting this rare and lovely track.. such memories

Hey thanks for posting this. I used to have a tape of the Bothy Band with this on. Brought back lots of lovely memories of living on Bardsey Island in Wales :)
