There are a lot of English people in the states, especially in Hollwyood. Almost an invansion. Sure, there are some Welsh and Scottish people also but most of the Brits overseas are English. Now I do not dislike Piers, yes he has that English arrogance from time to time, but it's cultural. The man is a straight shooter. Which I like. I do. I dislike people who can't be straight forward and honest. But that's just my take on the Englishman, others will/do dislike him. Which is cool
