How to hide soft buttons, & notification bar on Archos A101

This is a video on how to remove the right side soft buttons and to hide the upper notification bar on your Archos A101 unit. This should also work for the A070, but I my self have not tested it. The links below will give you the apps you will need.

@jrufus11 no that doesnt make sense, Archos would never do this for you, even if you paid them to do it.. It is completely against their design of the A101.

But that doesnt mean conspiracies dont exist <:O

Does this give you issues with the keyboard?

Mine still leaves a gap where the buttons were next to it

iv been wanting to do this since i got my archos but i refuse to use there rooter so it can water mark my tablet and void my warrenty... :/

this seems like an evil plot by archos to make people lose their warranty a problem tat would take 2 minutes of programming for them to do they won't do i,i rang them up and they told me i could find how to do it on the archos fans page bt look if you root you lose your warranty save archos more money on repairs and time
