outdoor shots "always use a reflector" but "always stay hidden"? How do you always stay hidden using a reflector? And who wants to see shots of guests standing on the buffet line or hear Aunt Betty wish the bride and groom good luck...awful

is it a bad thing to use a camcorder on a wedding?

For starters:
1: Buy DSLR, it has its cons but DSLR's have biggest sensors.. even bigger than RED one! And it is 5x cheaper than described in the video.
2: Not only should you get a tripod, allso get a monopod, a slider and a stedicam!
3: Buy lenses! Tokina 11-16mm, Sigma 30mm, Tamron 17-50mm are the videolenses at the moment.
4: Learn to work with low light and maybe get a little portable light.. But use it wisely!
5: Color correction is essential, use Magic Bullet Looks.
This video is actualy very useful

Here's a tip I've put to good use, to keep the camera stable and smooth us a Cam Caddie to mount your camera onto. All those moving shots will look so much better and it can slide onto a tripod
