How about this 'all buildings to be built using tax payer money need voter approval before they can be named after a living person.'
Exceptions being presidential libraries and maybe state colleges getting to decide what they name their buildings after.

Why would anyone name anything after a member of the parasite class?
Then again, maybe the "Robert Byrd Prison for Victimless Crimes" would work. Or the outrageously expensive "Ted Stevens Bridge to Nowhere".

I'm natively Russian. With a deep hatred towards Soveit Union. In 90s United States were a sort of beacon of the principles on which we wanted to build anew. Not everything has been accomplished. But now 10-15 years after, looking at this building naming tradition in US, and this portraits of presidents hanging in each bureacrautic office, what the fuck have you done to your country? Have you turned phylosophically into Soviet Union with the exception for better economic efficiency?
