thank you so much I didn't even know someone could be an ice pack person I would always try a heating pad (cause that's what everyone says to do) but it just made it worse

I always take a hot water bottle, take some asprin free pain killers, drink lots of tea and generally get a lot of rest and relaxation. I also have this magnet which I use for the duration of my cramps and it really relieves the pain. I think you can get them from Avon

none of these things help me today! I actually just take ibuprofen and it usually helps, but today i tried pretty much everything and ahhhhhhh.. nothing. what a waste of a day, I can't focus to do anything.

@magicalangel0 Thanks - sadly, there are a few that just can't find relief no matter what - I hope your day gets better and the "pain and blah" goes away.

Thank you so much, i always use a hot water bottle and it works a treat, and i always go to sleep with a hot water bottle, it has a nice thick cover so when the warm comes through its not to warm and not to cold, but for me i always seem to get cramps mostly midday when i am in school, any suggestions on what to try in school ? Any help will be greatfully accepted, thanks !x

Being in school is difficult with cramping. If possible and you are not opposed to medication, you may want to take midol with you to school and take it at lunch.
