Wisconsin "Budget Crisis" Engineered by Gov. Walker (Feb 17, 2011 - msnbc)

An attempt by the Republican plan to end collective bargaining rights (effectively ending unions) in the state of Wisconsin is nothing more than a Republican plan to end the democratic party once and for all. If they can take the unions down, then there is no democratic force that can compete with republican fundraising efforts in the wake of the Citizens United supreme court decision.

Only five states do not have collective bargaining for educators and have deemed it illegal. Those states and their ranking on ACT/SAT scores are as follows:

South Carolina -50th

North Carolina -49th

Georgia -48th

Texas -47th,

Virginia -44th.

Wisconsin is ranked #2 in the nation.

The last line just can't be true if Republicans are corporate czars they need educated drones for all the technical jobs...

I'm kind of sickened with the Democrats vs Republicans routine, lets throw them some competition with a third party or more. They divide ppl on single issues making them one issue voters, while standing for what they believe they also compromise on their other beliefs. Its all crap. Ford and GM need a Toyota or Chrysler.
