hey should you take amino acid supplements with a meal? I read that you shoulnd't take L-Lysine with food or milk.

when your your young before you turn 18 and lift 6 days a week and take protein, creatine, amino acid it make you huge i gained 45 pounds of muscle my chest biceps back shoulders triceps abs les r huge and lift makes ur growth plates stop and it makes go through pueberty quick you get facial hair more and it brings a testostrone up in your body

I take 5tablets of (BCAA) after every workout and it really dos work, Id reccomend it to anyone !
