Sorry for mentioning the solution in the comments, just wanted to say this is a great trick. I've seen it before but you performed it quite well :)

@shakespearsplat You're wrong. He starts with one coin in his right hand, and four on the bed. He places the coin in his hand alongside the top-left coin as he puts his other hand over the top-right coin. He then drags the top right coin to the top-left position (making a total of 3 coins in that position) at the same time he covers the bottom-left coin. He then drags the bottom-left coin up to the top-left position (so now there are four in that position) as he covers the bottom-right coin.

He has 7 coins, 4 layed out and 3 in his hand. Now you make your "illusion"(press, blow etc.) Now what you do is put the hand with the 3 coins on one coin and drop it with the other hand slide the coin or pick it up(hide it). Then repeat with the two other coins.
