@his1nightmare from 2:32 to 2:34.How you make the effect? It's like you added extra contrast and make the cut-scenes more "black&white"

It's just color correction.. the color set I chose for these seconds is also commonly known as Bleach Bypass, which is the name for leaving out (almost) the bleaching-step while progressing a color film. You can google for it.

Less saturation and stronger exposure are the keys.
