I think he misspelled "hoes." If you can't find any rubber, sometimes you can hire prostitutes to walk in front of you and absorb most of the glass shards. This can get expensive, but again, if there is no rubber around this is a viable option.

I don't personally prefer the prostitute method. My area doesn't have many and every time I hire one they mention sex before they pay me. I simply don't think I could take the stress, so I prefer the tire rubber method shown in the video.
