@TheWildPiper Okay. Thank you for replying to me. I think I should probably learn the kanji as well. It seems from what I've been reading it helps and makes the learning easier.

@NatsuNiku Well, I learned hiragana and katakana long before I even purchased these, BUT, on the back of each card they have the read out of the word in katakana and hiragana. If you don't know those very well, the deck comes with reference cards; hiragana and katakana charts with romaji. You can use those if you haven't yet learned katakana or hiragana.

@CastlevaniaGirl Uhm, not too long honestly. I jumped right into kanji though cause it just can give you that extra boost when you're learning ;3

Thank you so much for posting this video and giving your reviews and recommendations. I have a book set called Beginning Japanese that is published by Tuttle Publishing that consists of the study book, which is huge, and a work book. I hope to do a review of them as soon as I'm done with them. ^.^
And as soon as my fiance gets home I'm gonna have him order me some of the books you mentioned in your review. :3

@CastlevaniaGirl YAY. Glad I could help. Recently I've come into reading and learning with the Genki series. I think those are really great too. I'm actually ordering the book and workbook for my brother. Gonna bring it with me next month.
