@pitchingsolutions i agree with you.im big on where your head goes the ball goes and front shoulder on target long as poss..also throwing across your body is the worst to me

actually, all you have to do is keep your head still.
Look at all the best pitchers. They keep their head still when they let go of the ball. The ones that are wild and off armside(or up and in/low and away) move their heads.
Simple as that.

@noahmcdx Great observation.
Keeping your Head still is easily talked about, but, unless you adjust your Arm/Leg movements to keep your weight centered within your Body moving into your Foot Strike, keeping your Head still becomes highly unlikely result.
The Institute's teaching platform teaches Pitchers how to keep their Head still.

you know how to pitch with amazing accuracy is by focusing on the glove not the batter not your mommy in the stands just on the glove 89% of the time pitchers miss their spots and get a bunch of base on balls is due to them thinking to much for instance guy at first what is the pitcher thinking what if he steals this and that NO! all you have to do is block out all the noise and sight but the glove and the signs of your catcher

@TheBaseballkid2011 I'm thrilled this laser focus works for you. There are lots of Pitchers who need to concentrated on landing in an athletically stacked Foot Strike before they can even think about the laser focus you address in your post.

@TheBaseballkid2011 I actually do this. It only helps me throw strikes but i can't pinpoint accurately throw it yet.

@CodyACeynar Pitchers fail to hit their target because their Front Foot position at Foot Plant blocks their Hips from a full rotation. At Foot Plant, only one Front Foot position maximizes your Hips ... your Front Foot lands on your target line and your Front Toe points to your target. You accomplish this by maintaining a "single-leg stack" (your Head stays over your Bellybutton while you're in your single-leg phase).
Good luck moving forward.
