@Chbi0Chip One of the lyrics in the song Monster is "He ate my heart," so during the song she goes under the stage briefly and pops up all bloody, implying her Monster ate her heart. Also, GaGa has always said you have to bleed for your art, so every night she bleeds to death on stage to make her art a reality.
