  • Talk about wasting the MDF.

  • @ugnlol how was it wasted?

  • @meade916 - Look at 6:12

Don't get me wrong, I too use MDF, but I try to use it more effectively :)

  • @ugnlol if i wanted to pinch pennies, i would have. I think thats the difference here, i didnt give a damn. If i did, i could have.....obviously.

  • I like your method Bro but doing the rings and then using a Super Rabbit would have been faster but, if the people watching do not have one it makes sense that you showed this way so we know what to do. Thanks Man....Tim

  • i have Rabbit bits - but a SUPER Rabbit? sounds like it has an extra wide cut.......seems logical it would work good. Thanks, ill google that up!

  • what size plywood are you using

  • thumbs up for great tutorials and not a slide show witth elevator music

  • Nice work done, but i have a little question. How do you call this ring making machine and this plate thing? Never heard about these :D

  • Check out the

Moulding Chrome Plastic From High Pressure Thermoforming Australia video. It could easily be a door panel (with some reinforcement), or maybe a drop in panel for a customer's door. you might want to throw some re-enforcement on the back (depending on how strong the plastic you use is).

  • Hey Steve, would thermoforming work for making your door panels? Maybe lay the rings our how you want them then....!!*POW*!! - and endless amount of panels in whatever form you want. You know how to thermoform, right?

  • I need all the diametres for all cercles for 6.5 ring. Thanx

  • too complicated

  • do not know the router but still manage tryin sige

  • love the work man. could i do it? hell no. mad props brother

  • what is the model number on the 6.5"? also is it a full range or mid ?
