YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME....read between the lines, Fastenal loves to hire newly minted college grads who are up to their ears in debt and they hang a carrot in front of their noses by telling them that the sky is the limit! In all actuality they will charge off as much as they can against your store, take away key accounts that you were dependent on for commission and screw you out of your pay six ways to Sunday! ALL District Managers are liars believe nothing that they say, period.
