Combining both worlds of traditional live-action and CG, this short takes us on a journey into the vivid imagination of a lonely girl as she searches for a friend.

  • I think this little film is absolutely fantastic and would like to see this made into a short film for all to see. 11 out of 10 i say.

  • Thanks!

  • did you just pick random kids or talked to their parents? ur awsome:)

  • We put up flyers to find all the kids. What you don't see are all their parents sitting behind the scenes.

The main actress had been in a few short films before I cast her, and she was wonderful. The little red head, Faith, had been in my first short film. And the blond girl at the end, Carolyn, was in another friends short film.

  • this is fantastic.

    Are you a student?

  • Not any more. I've moved out to LA to become a professional ;) That's the plan anyway.

  • Which animation software is it

  • No doubt, its a very good story.. I will show it to my students... Nice One!!!!!!

  • that was so touching, and amazing animation. i saw where it was going from the start but it was amazing all the same

  • Absolutly Amazeing, as well as Incredibly Impressive!!!

  • I really liked this piece. It's good-natured and beautifully crafted.

I have one problem with it.

The moral of the story is to be yourself. But the bear only found superficial friendships when he wasn't himself. Instead, he won superficial friends who previously wanted nothing to do with him, by offering free pushes on his swing.

  • STELLAR!! The animation was INCREDIBLE! Wonderful music, and a great story!!!

  • that was a wowser

    amazing job

    keep it up

  • thts a very sweet story

  • Well done. I enjoyed the lead girls acting and the old school styled CG. Congrats work to be proud of!
