@claudiamthompson It saddens me to see your public criticism of Bill Gaither, and Reggie and Lady Love Smith. They are praising the Lord and probably the Holy Spirit is touching multitudes of hearts through their ministry. Exclusivism in SDA is a barrier not blessed by our Savior. May God forgive our sanctimonious hypocrisy.

Love their rendition. My own rendition is attached. I would love to minister in song as they do on a more extensive basis when I retire in a few years time. perhaps then, my voice will benefit from fairly regular sleep patterns. Thanks moondoggy for the video.

Reggie and Ladye Love Smith have been part of the Gaither Homecoming family for over a decade. During a concert tour in New England in 1986, Gaither admitted that he had changed his musical style due to the influence of the “world’s culture.” They have also promoted the unscriptural ecumenical movement using music "remove the walls of separation" between denominations. Seventh-Day Adventists need to wake up about both them and the Heritage Singers.

This song is so beautiful. It brings tears to my eyes and makes me sing again after being sick for over two weeks.
